“The project ‘Convocatória’ intended to create interference from the dynamics generated by FIMP and the performances presented in the Festival (FIMP), offering simultaneously moments of pause and suspension, and moments of intervention and action related to the event, the site and its public. The project was configured from an open residence, ensuring a continuous presence throughout the festival, with alternating moments of observation and timely intervention sporadic convened in order to achieve different flows of potential viewers / participants. The forms of intervention were prepared in accordance with the specificity of each encounter, but may differ in terms of support, allowing the use of performance, the speech, play, or writing to various forms of construction. ‘Convocatórias’ behaved as a sort of parallel program coupled to the main program sometimes parasitizing it, sometimes creating tangential events.”
